George brings more than 40 years of commercial lending experience, including 30 years working with New England–based private equity sponsors across a range of lending institutions. He is a founding member of Salem Five Bank’s Sponsor Finance team, where his role is split between new business development and serving as a senior advisor. George holds a BA from Denison University and an MBA from Babson College.

He splits his time between Sudbury and Harwich, Massachusetts, and is the proud father of two grown daughters. Outside of work, George enjoys golf, pickleball, softball, and following all Boston sports teams.
